Well, in your new role as a customer service adviser working with us, you will enjoy working in a close-knit team to deliver and maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

You will be assisting customers with access and information across a wide range of council services, using multimedia key contact channels and also dealing with visitor enquiries at our office in Esher. Your hours of work will be Monday- Thursday 8.45-5pm, Friday until 4.45pm. You will receive all the training you need to succeed.
