An exciting development opportunity has arisen in Elmbridge’s Customer Service Team. The position requires someone who will feel empowered to take responsibility for and ownership of enquiries, in order to resolve them at the first point of contact.
As one of our Customer Service Advisers, every day will provide a wide and varied set of challenges. Making ‘Brilliant Customer Service Every Time’ a reality, you will be working with contractors and partners, to assist residents across a wide range of services, via multimedia key contact channels and also dealing with visitor enquiries at our office in Esher.
You will be a strong communicator with a successful background in delivering a high standard of telephone based customer service.
